Marriage License + Ceremony
Please keep your confirmation email/paperwork as it contains the phone number to call when you arrive and other information you will need for the appointment. These are important points to know:
- During the marriage license portion and ceremony you will be required to wear a mask.
- Please arrive and parked within 10 minutes of your arrival at the courthouse located at 1100 Anacapa Street. There is a parking lot across the street. The first 90 minutes is free, $1.50 per hour after.
- Call the number on your confirmation paperwork to check in. At that point they will either tell you to walk over to the tent located behind the Hall of Records or they will call you back when it’s time.
- You are only allowed 1 guest who will serve as witness. As photographer I’ve been serving as witness which is my honor to do!
Portraits
At this time the interior of the Santa Barbara Courthouse is closed to the public but we will enjoy the beautiful and plush greenery around the grounds! We’ll explore the palm trees, the iconic architecture and any of the current gorgeous blooms! Check out Britni + Anthony’s elopement!
